With this said, I don’t see a lot changed and now that the correct information is out there, a listing should normally be updated. Hey Gabe,

Quite tough to see from the photo,
But... if it is from Fred, He normally states the dial condition
including refinished.
If there is a date on the back it is "usually" original as a rule
of thumb. If there is a 3 or 4 digit number code on the back,
it is most likely a redial.

Sign from the Illinois Watch Company (1870)
There are 3 known examples and this is thought to be
the earliest Ad they used.
